The Home Hub is looking to recruit a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our growing team for our busy East Kilbride branch.

We are looking for a qualified mortgage advisor who is ambitious, target driven and truly passionate about coming to work.

The successful candidate will offer professional mortgage advice in accordance with FCA Regulations, providing the most suitable mortgage and protection advice for our clients.

They will be surrounded by a team of motivated individuals who will encourage and support you to successfully achieve targets.

Required skills, knowledge and qualifications:
Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
A good track record of providing mortgage and protection advice
Sales and/or customer service background
Ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated individual who will be able to generate activity from a selection of introducers
Meet compliance and administrative expectations
Strong communication skills and be well organised
Have a ‘can-do’ attitude with a burning desire to be the best you can be
Minimum 1 year’s mortgage advisor/broker experience is preferred but not essential

Highly competitive basic salary of £33k – £35k per annum, depending on experience
